Hyrox training has undoubtably improved my overall fitness, strength and  endurance, and the progress I have made in only 3 weeks has astonished me. I put this down to the structured and well run training sessions, which are motivating and always leave me wanting to do more, and the incredible team spirit amongst the group; the positivity, encouragement and support from other club members and the coaching team is awesome, inspiring me to reach for goals and challenge myself further. I would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone!

Since starting the Hyrox classes at Catterick Leisure Centre, I’ve noticed a huge difference. I feel stronger, my form’s better, and I’m a lot more confident in what I can do. The  sessions are well put together, and the instructors give great tips on technique and consistency. I still hate burpees (who doesn’t?), but I’m   actually improving at them! Honestly, the classes are 100% worth the extra money — you really feel the difference. Looking forward to Birmingham Hyrox 💪

When the Hyrox sessions were mentioned I never thought they would be for me, I did not believe I was fit enough or fast enough and that I would struggle but I did the taster sessions and thought why not give it a go.  Hyrox has shown me I am stronger and fitter than I thought I was and the improvements I have seen since starting has been amazing to me and this has also helped me in my other gym classes. Everyone in the classes is so supportive and the instructors are great at  encouraging us all no matter what level we are at and I have learnt so much from them all. Who knows maybe one day I might even do an official event.
