Recreational Assistant
37.5 hours per week
As a Recreational assistant, you’re enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit. You have a ‘can do’ attitude and you share our passion for excellent customer service.
As a Recreational Assistant, you will:
Be responsible for assisting the Duty Manager in the smooth running of our centre
- Care about our members, ensure they’re happy and seek opportunities to build rapport
- Lifeguard our pool sessions and maintain quality standards in all areas
The Person will ideally possess:
A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and ongoing training records.
- A Swimming Teacher qualification to assist in the delivery of our school swimming and Swim Starz programs. (Desirable)
- Bags of enthusiasm, a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- A real passion for providing great customer care. You will be a real team player.
