We are delighted to announce that we will be running some FREE HYROX Taster Classes over the next few weeks, leading up to our launch on September 1st.

HYROX is a global fitness race designed to test strength, endurance, and overall athletic performance through a standardized format that combines running and functional exercises. The event consists of eight 1-kilometer runs, each followed by a functional workout station, such as sled pushes, sled pulls, rowing, burpee broad jumps, or wall balls. HYROX features a consistent structure, making it ideal for athletes to track and compare their performance over time. HYROX has gained popularity for its balance of endurance and strength challenges, offering a structured yet demanding fitness experience and is open to all fitness levels.
HYROX classes include elements that will carry over to improve your overall HYROX performance and are suitable to everyone whether you are training for an HYROX event or not.
HYROX GROUP CLASS TRAINING is a complete functional athletic workout PROGRAMME implementing muscular strength and endurance, aerobic capacity, power, mobility, and agility. Following our weekly workouts offers HYROX fitness in four different concepts. Focusing on endurance, muscular endurance, power, aerobic capacity, mobility, and agility on different days during the week optimizes training by ensuring that all aspects of fitness are covered without overwhelming the individual. Each of the four training concepts allows for targeted improvements in a specific area, maximizing adaptation and recovery while keeping your members engaged and motivated.
